Q: Dodge Challenger?
Is Nash Bridges' car a Challenger?
What do you like 'Cuda or Challenger
(the classic, of course)
A: It is a 1970 Hemi Cuda replica of a very rare 'cuda.
This particular version of the Barracuda is one of the Holy Grails of Muscle Car collectors. The "1 of 14" could be a reference to the convertible paired with the 426 engine. The 426 Drag Hemi is supposedly capable of 425 horsepower at 5,000 rpm, with 0-60 in 5.7 seconds - muscular indeed. The Official NB Site notes that it's a 426 Hemi engine with twin Carter AFB four-barrels. 'Cuda aficionados have already noted that the front grill of the car used in NASH BRIDGES in indicative of a 1971 'Cuda because of the quad headlights, not a 1970 'Cuda as the show states. In an appearance on the TONIGHT SHOW Don Johnson corrected this by noting the difference in the four headlights instead of two, but that the car was still a 1970 'Cuda.
Q: Does cloning my 1972 Dodge Challenger into a 1970 Dodge Challenger RT devalue it or increase the value?
I am just wondering, I am not big on cloning cars, but my favorite car is the 1970 Dodge Challenger RT, and would love to make my car into that, but I would not want to do that, if it devalues my car, can anyone help?
A: it will hurt the value of it a lot,the 72 was also a much desired car just like the 70 was,so its worth as much like it is,if it were me id just do some minor modifications to is such as emblems and decals and not do any body change at all to it,id just as soon have a 72 as 70 model, besides that the cars that are the most valuable are the well documented cars with original paper work,so doing this is only going to hurt it if you ever decided to sell it,and their was nothing wrong with the way the 72 looked, good luck.
Q: What do you guys think about the Dodge Challenger?
I'm really considering to get one even if they say the Camaro is better, I'm gonna get the RT 6 speed. I just want some advice first, thank you.
A: If you're into straight-line speed, the Challenger is amazing. However, my friend has an R/T and the handling is ghastly. The Camaro and Mustang handle better, and the Camaro SS is slightly faster, but I love Mopar and I feel the Challenger is a good car and will hold up.
Q: is it expensive to get a 72 dodge challenger painted flat black?
?
A: depending if you block it down and then primer then block it again until you have found the high and low places in the body as it being 72 it is not most likely in perfect shape and if it is ,I would paint it the original color getting code off of the vin #
Q: What is the song in the 2010 Dodge Challenger commercial?
the one where England and the US are about to battle and george washington drives up in the car.
A: The music was written especially for this commercial by Jay Ungar, who wrote "Ashokan Farewell" for the PBS mini series, The Civil War.

Q: How much would it cost to have a fully loaded Dodge Challenger to have these specs?
V12 Engine (Converted from V8)
Orange body paint
20" Orange rims in the front and 22"s in the back, orange.
Maybe some NOS (Probably won't happen, but a man gotta dream)
A: I could make that happen for about $250,000.00
That includes the price of the base car.
You're right, a mans gotta dream!!!
: )
Q: Im looking for a 1983 DODGE Challenger in Ontario Canada. Dose anyone know where i could pick one up?
I used to have one and i really miss that little car! I would like to fine another one.
Yes they did. They were made by Mitsubishi for Dodge. They were a small car with Mitsubishi's 2.6L in it.
A: you was right they did make an 83 model challenger ,they only made the full size ones of those for four years,1970-1974,. EDIT i stand corrected they did make one,i just hadn't seen one in so long that i totally forgot about those cars, hope you find one because i doubt there's many around left of those cars,i remember those now but its been years since i have seen one of them around, you was right, good luck.
Q: Where can I get a 1970 Dodge Challenger from the movie Death Proof?
Are they hard to come by?
A: you can actually buy one of those cars for about 30-50 thousand depending on the engine option it has in it right now,the prices of them is coming way down real fast, even some collectors are dumping their collection of them on the market, type it in and you,ll come up with several of them for sale right now, good luck.
Q: What was Detroit's reason for producing the retro Mustang and Dodge Challenger?
( I do like the Mustang. It does take me back, but Detroit usually has more than nostalgia on its mind when it does something like this? Yes. Money, of course. But did they believe that going retro would be more financial productive than the new, sleeker jelly-bean designs? Well, I guess so. But what was their 'official' answer? Has it worked out?
A: Dont forget to add the Camero to the list and the Charger that came out around the same time as the retro Mustangs although for some stupid reason they made it a 4 door. At least they finally fixed that with the Challenger. There was also the short lived T bird. You also cant leave out the Mini Cooper and the VW beetle. The Beetle was the first 'new old' car. They captured the basic style of the original but it was still a modern car. They sold a ton of em. I think the rest saw that and figured they could do the same and from the looks of things are selling well. If you had ever driven any of the originals they were all total crap in every category except for style when compared to modern cars (even low end basic models). All of those cars were the lowest in the model line ups and often ordered without many options if the even had options. That is one reason they were so popular, they were inexpensive. In most cases you could buy the same basic car but much nicer but no one remembers those. There were Mercury Cougars that were similar to the Mustangs but much higher end and much more expensive. Same story with Plymouth and Pontiac. I dont know what Cooper or VW offered at the times but I would guess they both had nicer cars available also. Just wait for the 57 Chevy's and 59 Cadillacs to come out. How about a 34 Ford?
Q: Is it a good or bad decision for a single mom to get a 2009 Dodge Challenger with a 1yr old and a 2yr old?
I am trying to see if I should get another sports car or a regular Sedan. I have two small kids and I personally would not mind having a sports car because it's just going to be the three of us. I just need opinions.
A: I have had a sporty coupe and car seats, it is a pain in the butt. Between the clumsiness of getting kids and car seats out of the back seat of a coupe and the lower than sedan space, this is probably a bad idea. If you like Dodge's, the Charger is mechanically identical (except somewhat longer) and the interior is mostly the same too, but it has a lot more space and four doors. Definitely sportier looking than most large sedans.
Q: How much is a Dodge Challenger Concept going for?
And where can you buy it from? CONCEPTS FTW.
A: The only concept car dodge challenger you can buy is the Maisto scale model.
Q: What is Better the Dodge Challenger 09 or the Chevrolet Comaro 09?
Okay I am only 13 but my mom wants to buy one of these two cars for herself, and she said once I am old enough to drive she will give the car to me, and she will take the 69 Mustang she has been storing. She does not know which one to buy.
A: The Chevrolet is much better..
Q: In a 2010 Dodge Challenger what is an automatic with manual override?
Is it hard to do because I am a little nervous about driving it because I have never driven a manual in my life!
A: All it means is that you can slide the shift lever into a certain position (usually marked with + and -) and instead of the transmission shifting when it normally does, it shifts when you tell it to (by tapping it towards the + or - to upshift and downshift). It's nowhere near a real manual, and designed to be as simple as humanly possible, so you really shouldn't be worried.
Q: What is the minimum credit score I need to get my dream car? A 2009 Dodge Challenger?
Obviously I know the higher the better. I have one huge negative on my credit. A voluntary repo on my wifes car after she passed away that lowered my credit score to 598. Any chance on financing or should I just wait a few years?
A: My suggestion would be to start putting $450 per month (estimated payment on a low end Challenger) in a money market savings account specifically designated as a car fund. In 2.5 years you will have saved enough to buy a used, low mileage Challenger and saved yourself about $10,000 in depreciation in the process.
Q: how to talk my parents into getting me a dodge challenger?
i really want one and i think i might have them considering it i'm 18 if that matters
how much will insurance be?
A: insurance on a challenger runs around 2-300 a month and that's a lot of money,as for talking them in to getting you one, you,ll have to be really convincing to them that you wont be out trying to race it or get in trouble with it,i didn't get one until i was old enough to buy it an even then the insurance was bad enough along with car payments,be nice and have good grades and hope for the best, when i asked for a new barracuda back in 69,i got a 65 mustang instead, good luck.
